HOW DID YOUR NAME ORIGINATE?
Our drummer Ronnie heard his 90 year old dad shouting at the birds one day whilst in the garden,... Shouting Those Damn Crows! Ha!
Ronnie thought it would be a good song title for a song and started a demo... He sent it over to us and we loved the title but thought it would be a cool band name, we're a loud, live band and could almost imagine the neighbours or elderly telling us to turn it down, shaking their fists while shouting.... Those Damn Crows haha!!

WHERE WAS YOUR FIRST GIG AND HOW MANY PEOPLE WERE THERE?
Our first gig as the crows was in Cardiff, 'The Full Moon Club' We were a 4 piece back then. It was a small club and I'd say there was around 60-80 people there. Remember it like it was yesterday.

WHEN WAS YOUR LAST DAY OFF AND WHAT DID YOU DO WITH IT?
We actually spent the weekend at 'Planet Rockstock' 2019, we played on the Friday night then stayed until Sunday evening, drinking and enjoying the kick ass festival. Good Times but heavy hangovers!! ha!

WHICH SONG BY ANOTHER ARTIST DO YOU WISH YOU'D WRITTEN?
Oh man.... There's loads!!! I could name numerous songs from Aerosmith to the Beatles but... There's one song that really resonates with me for its lyrics it's a song written by Trent Reznor (Nine Inch Nails) a song called 'HURT' I actually prefer Johnny cash's version/performance. But what an Incredible song.

WHAT'S BEEN THE MOST SURREAL FAN MOMENT?
There's been several recently.. as the band has gained momentum and the following gets bigger. From female fans asking for a signature on certain parts of their bodies (cough cough) to blokes asking for a selfie whilst at the urinal mid flow....but I guess people sending pics of their tattoos of crow song lyrics I have written is a pretty surreal feeling... To have connected with people on that sort of level where they have something you have written permanently ink'd on their skin is just unbelievable.
The truth is our fans at the moment have been incredible... we try our best to go out and meet them after the show. We're so grateful for their support!... But please wait till I finish having a pee before getting your camera out! Ha! X
